Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Manager with a zest for achievement. If you have a proven record running operations in FMCG, Pharma or a B2C start-up and are eager to take your career to the next level, this might be the perfect fit for you!

What you will be doing:

  • Driving demand planning using historical sales trends, insights from commercial team and customers.
  • Inventory management at different sites.
  • Coordinating the production of finished products at bottling suppliers.
  • Coordinating the replenishment of raw materials and pack materials to bottling suppliers.
  • Coordinating deliveries to Purovitalis customers.
  • Raw and Pack Materials Suppliers management.
  • LSP management (warehousing and transportation).
  • Analyzing data from different platforms and generate valuable insights.
  • Developing and tracking operational KPIs.
  • Supporting CEO with relevant operations related tasks.
  • Driving cost reduction in collaboration with suppliers and product management.

skills and values

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or comparable relevant work experience.
  • 5 years experience in an operational role.
  • Planning and B2C experience is desirable.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills.
  • Able to design, improve and document operational processes.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch or other languages a strong plus.
  • Start-up or Scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Hands on and self-starter.
