Research

The combination of NMN and resveratrol is supported by both clinical and preclinical research. Together they form a two-part approach to longevity: NMN replenishes the building blocks for NAD+, while resveratrol supports natural repair processes.

A study in Pharmacology Research & Perspectives shows that NMN and resveratrol together improved mitochondrial function, increased insulin sensitivity and supported healthy ageing. The combination showed stronger results than either substance alone.

In healthy adults aged 40 to 65, daily use of 300 to 900 mg NMN for 60 days significantly raised NAD+ levels in the blood. Walking distance also increased by 14 to 50% and NMN was well tolerated.

Human research with doses of 150 to 500 mg per day for 4 to 12 weeks shows that resveratrol improved glucose metabolism, lowered LDL cholesterol and increased SIRT1 activity. These effects are comparable to processes that occur with calorie restriction.
