We make sure your order is shipped quickly and carefully. Order on a working day before 22:00? Then your parcel is shipped the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium your order is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

Shipping costs

For shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium you pay €5.00. For orders from €75.00 we cover the shipping costs.

Returns & complaints

Return or report a problem online

Look up your order in our returns portal, choose what you are returning and why, and you get a return label straight away. Unopened products: store credit worth 10% more with a free return label, or your money back minus €6.00 return shipping.

30-day money-back guarantee

Not satisfied with a product? Return it within 30 days of receipt through our returns portal. For unopened products you choose: store credit worth 10% more, with a free return label, or a refund of the purchase amount minus €6.00 return shipping. Opened products can be returned for store credit, minus €6.00 return shipping.

The first 3 renewals of a Membership plan cannot be returned; the first order and later deliveries can.

Damaged or wrong product

Did a product arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Report it in our returns portal with a photo. A damaged product does not need to be sent back; for a wrong product we give you a free return label where we can. You choose a replacement or your money back, at no cost to you.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Products with a broken seal cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Submit your withdrawal with the form below; we confirm receipt by e-mail and refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the products.
