Lengthening Telomeres and Slowing Aging: Promising Study on NMN

lengtherning telomeres and slowing aging with nmn supplementation. Studie shows promising results.

A recent study published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition has investigated the effect of oral consumption of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) on telomere length in older adults. Telomeres, the protective caps found at the end of chromosomes, play a crucial role in the aging process. The length of telomeres is a marker of cellular aging. […]

Study: Efficacy and safety of NMN supplementation in healthy middle-aged adults

A bottle of NMN supplements on the table together with a coffeecup and a calamondin orange plant.

table of contents For over a decade, NMN has been a focus of scientific interest due to its role in supporting cellular energy production and maintaining NAD⁺ levels — a key factor in metabolic health and aging.Animal studies have consistently shown promising effects: improved endurance, enhanced mitochondrial function, and signs of slowed biological aging. However, […]

Study: How do biomarkers change with NMN intake?

Researchers determined the effect of oral intake of NMN supplements on various biomarkers.

Physiological and medical research using molecular biology and genetics has described the mechanism of lifespan and aging. But the way you age is not the same for all. Physiological aging is a natural process, which is the destiny of all living organisms and can increase or decrease because of lifestyle disorders. The additional aging added […]

Study: These supplements increase effects of NMN

Not all nad+ is created equally, nmn & resveratrol combination

Therefore, one of the key questions regarding anti-aging that researchers all across the globe want to answer is: “How do we maintain or perhaps even increase our NAD+ levels […]

Study: Does NMN Supplement Increase Fertility for Women?

NMN Supplement fertility, does a small NMN dosage increase fertility in woman?

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is an important molecule present inside all your body cells, also known as NAD+. Cells use this molecule in several important functions, especially in energy production. And this energy is used to activate the protein, which repairs damaged DNA. But with growing age, this molecule decline in your body cells. Let’s discuss […]

Study: NMN supplements improve muscle functions

NMN Supplements improve muscle functions

Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) supplements are effective in improving muscle mobility and functions in older adults. Several animal studies have shown that the intake of precursor molecule (NMN) can significantly increase the level of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) in the body. Furthermore, age-related decline in NAD+ can lead to several health issues including metabolic, neurodegenerative, and […]
